The desktop GoTo App has a feature for transcript of GoTo meetings. However, it does not provide captioning for general phone use, for all phone calls, for example. If that kind of feature could be developed, it could be a game changer for an employee who is severely hearing impaired.
Yes, I realize that hearing aids with Bluetooth can be paired with the Yealink phone, but that is not sufficient.
This employee is severely hearing impaired whereby that option does not seem to be generally useful to them.
