I'd really like compatibility with Apple Watch that would allow for calls to ring through on my watch. I like to keep my phone silent and use my watch to only important notifications during the work day, but I miss calls through GoTo because the notification/ring doesn't come through on my watch as it does with standard calls.

Totally agree—having calls ring through on the Apple Watch would be such a game-changer, especially for those of us trying to stay focused during the workday! It’s so convenient to keep the phone on silent and let the watch handle important notifications. Hopefully, GoTo can prioritize this compatibility soon!
briankimball You should be able to set up notifications with the GoTo Mobile app.
In addition, increased functionality with the apple watch is on the roadmap this year, we have heard customer requests to answer/place calls and send SMS from their watch.
Was this ever looked at? Seems odd that we couldn't get some sort of notification these days on our Apple Watch.
