I just migrated from Broadvoice to Goto Connect and I swear in the sales demo they said the software could handle different ringtones for internal or external calls. But now I'm being told that no it's not possible. Is that really the case? I figured that was a standard feature for all digital platforms these days. I've got a lot of upset users right now because they relied on the sound que for internal calls frequently.

Khams1 How many users are we talking? How many Yealink Phones? what models? There is a work around on it. Its not a prefect solution but I've done it for some of my customers.
