Speeds up call transfers for reception handling high volume calls if they can just drag to another user

    Hi TawneeSantoy thanks for sharing your idea. There is drag and drop option available as an add-on feature called Attendant Console that can serve this function. You would need to speak with your sales or CSM to enable the add-on. For more information see this video.
