Welcome to the Community. Our product team is reviewing your feedback. To be sure I got it, you want the generated report to show all calls, even the unanswered ones. This was previously available. The new report under analytics shows only the answered calls when grouped by user.
If there is anything else you want to add or note about the call reports, please let me know.
