Hello I am attempting to get the call reports of calls answered per user and the data is not available. I can see total calls but not the calls answered per user. Can we, please, add this feature? Thank you

This is available in analytics call queue outcome> handled

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We will be adding an Outcome column to the Call Report in a future update that will provide this information.
