Over/back arrow from user to user

Arrow button for the next user should be stationary and should not change location based on how long the name is. It would be helpful to be on both the right and left side of the screen. 

Its very annoying if I need to skip a few users but I have to keep moving my mouse to a slightly new location to the next over arrow button.
