The current notification system for messaging is too passive, and we often don't see that it is there for several minutes. If this is about an incoming call, and we don't respond quickly, that call is usually completed before we respond. It would be nice to have a pop-up enabling option, so that the messages are visible when they are received.

Fortunately, my boss received some sound information from Sayed at GoTo. We were able to change the settings to receive notifications by going to my browser settings (Microsoft Edge), select cookies and site permissions, select all permissions, select pop-ups and redirects, then allow "https://app.goto.com/". This allowed me to receive a little pop up when a message comes in. I hope this helps the community because when I initially called the support team, they denied having the capability to receive pop-ups using the GoTo in-office messaging system.
