Recording outbound phone calls

Hello all, my business operates in a two party consent state and would like to be able to legally record outgoing phone calls for quality assurance purposes.  We are in the healthcare industry and I am wondering if there is an automatic way to play recording on all outgoing calls prior to my staff greeting the other party.  We already use the dial plan and recording for incoming calls but is there a way to set it up for outgoing calls so that my staff does not have to say it every time?
