Hi there. You should be able to create those parameters in the create reports flow.
I noticed you have two PBX associated with your email address. If you would like to message me the PBX I can follow up with a member of our team. To message me click on my username KateG, you will then see the option to message on the top right. You can also reach out to support who will be able to assist.
