- Add on orders should notify the rep that is assigned automatically, similar to how initial lead registration sends an email notification.
- Can the pricing and equipment in the partner portal be updated?
- Partners should be allowed to create their own RFP PDF quotes from their partner exchange portal. Along with that, it would be pretty cool if GoTo would include in the RFP proposal the different equipment being proposed on the quote such as phone equipment data sheet, algos, Ect.
- Allow partners to prefill the user info in the quote/order before appointment with the customer. I always work off a google sheet and get all details before I work with the customer to place the order. I have to take extra time to copy and paste all data from google sheet to the order form. This take a lot of time. If I could do it before hand that would be wonderful. Or is the format was different where I could copy and paste all user data with 1 copy and paste as opposed to cell by cell.
