My suggestion is to add to the reports, each extension that dials a star code and if it's a Shared Voicemail extension, add it to the report as a completed call, not a missed call for a couple of seconds. Likewise whenever a user dials *72 to forward calls, it's a completed call and show the extension or telephone number they dialed.
