On a number of our remote connections we find that the whole screen is not shown properly (either standard view or full-screen view) and the image is being shifted up and down when the screen limit is reached. This seems to be due to the size of the toolbar across the top of screen:
Is it possible to reduce the height of this bar slightly so that we can stop having the annoying 'twitch' on the screen. It's particularly annoying when try to access the start bar or to close a program.
