Settings to control when and if the LogMeIn Resolve printer is installed on unattended computers.
At the very least the printer should never be default on the unattended computers.

Hi GlennD,
Thanks for the welcome and disabling the print feature on our account. The team will be very grateful!
Thanks,
Rob
Hi Rsymmons, welcome to the community.
We are still working on this improvement to the remote printing feature, so I am going to ask the team to disable remote printing on your account for now.
This is wrecking havoc in our business (construction) whereby our users still heavily rely on print functionality and the LogMeIn printer is overwriting default printers with very specific settings.
Hi GaryKe, being able to print remotely from the Client to the Technician's computer is a common feature request. We will be adding some controls so Technicians can decide when it is enabled in the near future.
We will be adding controls to when Remote Printing is enabled.
We are having a probably related issue where the LogMeIn Resolve Printer becomes the default printer when a remote support session starts and is not set back to the previous default printer at the end of the remote support session, causing the clients prints to vanish/not work. it's caught us out a fair few times with different clients and impacts their workflow.
I don't see why LogMeIn even has this option, as I'd have thought most remote sessions would be Helpdesk>End User and being able to print to a local printer/pdf file whilst remoted into a End Users PC would not really be desired behaviour? (I do see that if you were using resolve to remote to say a headless computer or server, printing to the local printer might be preferred.)
