bhiggins27 Thanks for getting back to me, I hear you. If a remote execution step takes more than 2 hours it will time out.

You may want to create a separate idea for allowing agents to be removed without an agent being present.

KateGyou can join them if invited and or accepted by the connected agent, but that requires the agent to be actively there, we have had incidents where agents leave for a few minutes and don't see the request for another agent to join. Do you know how long the time out is for an active connection? Because if I leave the tab in a browser and go to lunch for an hour, and come back Im still connected and any other agent that needed to or wanted to connect couldn't because I was connected inactive.

bhiggins27 Thanks for your idea. The ability to show agent name is something we have heard previously, we will share this with the team.

We do like to keep ideas to one at a time, for voting analytics so I've removed your second part:

Also, the ability to kick them or allow certain users to connect regardless if another agent is already connected.

You can add agents to a remote support session I haven't confirmed if that's available for unattended access, but I am checking with the team.
