I use LogMeIn Central to access clients' computers for accounting. I have several clients that I am unable to support in this way because their IT consultant has already setup LogMeIn to support their IT needs.
I confirmed with support that there is no work around for this. For one client that had their own account for the owner to access remotely, I was able to have him add me as a user.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I would love to see this added as a feature! Even to be able to use the Ad Hoc Support feature would be great.
