My Central Base 50 yearly subscription has expired and I cannot renew it.
When I log in and click 'buy now', I am directed to a page that asks me to 'customize' my plan. When I select 50 computers and click 'buy now', I am redirected to the same page to 'customize' my plan.
I have revalidated my payment details but this did not help.
Any suggestions?

I see that you have a support ticket open for this, I will follow its progress and escalate it if it necessary.
Hi Glenn, I opened a support ticket early this morning and called the support desk number as directed.
The person who answered my call didn't seem to understand what I was asking for help with and the quality of the phone line was terrible. He asked to put me on hold for a couple of minutes and then never picked back up the call.
Can you please escalate?
All I want to do is renew my subscription i.e. give you my money.
