Is LogMeIn Central less of a priority now that GoTo Resolve seems to be the company's main IT support software? I've had several issues since they rebranded as GoTo - sessions hang, I disconnect and it locks the host computer. Then I can't get back on because it still thinks there's a session. Having to restart the computer to get LogMeIn to work again seems the only solution.

Central has not lost support and is still receiving updates. Have you tried contacting our support team for help with this issue already?
