One of my clients has a new 24" iMac (M1 cpu). When I connect and it works, it is good. BUT sometimes all I see is a black screen until the owner opens a webpage. Is there anything can do to keep it connected? I have already told power settings to not sleep.
@broosth Do you know how often the problem Mac is restarting?
Can you confirm the Mac host software version?
My memory is 11.6. I just tried to connect. My client (Win 10) finishes connecting, but the screen is pure black. No response. I think it might be at a login screen. On older Macs get in and see the login screen. I am pretty sure I can get in once the owner taps his keyboard and logs in. I tried to set the power settings so it would not go to sleep.
Thanks for the additional info. If this just started happening recently, can you please confirm the LMI endpoint software version installed there?
