Strange connectivity issue with LogMeInPro

Hi

I have a strange problem with connecting to a specific PC.

When I'm logged as the PC's user - I cannot LogMeIn into that PC from another PC.

But when I'm logged in as administrator - I can.

I checked firewall, proxy and event log - I cannot see any problem.

Where else I could check ? Did any of you ever had such problem ?

I'm checking with the team to see if they know what may be happening, but could you provide a bit more details like: 

  • What version of Windows is the PC running? 
  • What actually happens when you try to connect from the computer? What do you see?

Hi

It's Win10.

When the user is not logged in, it works fine - the user can connect with LogMeIn no problem. But if the user won't log off and just lock the PC, it becomes inaccessible. And only for that user. If I log in locally as administrator, that PC is accessible through LogMeIn.

If the problem occurs - it behaves like the PC is offline.

Central allows remote login to admins only by default.  If a standard user is required to have remote access, it has to be configured in Security > Access control settings, has this been enabled?
