For some reason I have to change the password to access the goto account but the email that is associated has not been active for 3 years. But I have another email to which the central goto activity arrives.
I have been trying to contact customer service for two days but it is impossible, the phones in my country do not work. How can I change the password if the link does not exist in the email they send me?
Now I have an account without access and this one that I access but I don't have any computer or network

Yes, the problem is that the main email id dont work. I dont receive emails, but i hace another email account ib the profile that works but when i login recovering the password. Al the client area hasnt computers and networks.
I reached out to care and they confirmed that the wait times increased due to other issues. I think they will get back to you to help the soonest they can.
