We haven't identified why this may be happening at this time. Can you let us know:
- To clarify, they can see other texts, but aren't able to send them, even when texting to 'everyone?'
- Do you know if the meetings are being held using Classic GoToMeeting (orange daisy icon), or the new GoTo App?
- Does the user join any other meetings and if so, do they have the same issue there?
