I am having a similar issue. There is a user that send chat to "Everyone", but no one receive the message. How did you solved this?

Hi @Annyper welcome to the GoTo Community. 

 

We haven't identified why this may be happening at this time. Can you let us know: 

  • To clarify, they can see other texts, but aren't able to send them, even when texting to 'everyone?'
  • Do you know if the meetings are being held using Classic GoToMeeting (orange daisy icon), or the new GoTo App?
  • Does the user join any other meetings and if so, do they have the same issue there?
