iPad app can't join a meeting anymore

I can't join a meeting anymore on the iPad goto app.  I click on my meeting link and nothing happens..  Anyone else?

Hi @music_cities nice to see you around. 

I just scheduled a meeting and tried joining on my iPad with a meeting link and had no issues.

What troubleshooting have you tried so far? Restarting the ipad often corrects the issue.

I was able to join the meeting by typing in the meeting number (which I had to get from another person, since it’s not displayed). But I was not able to join by clicking on the meeting in the list of my meetings.

Hi @music_cities thanks for the further information. 

I'm still not able to replicate your experience. Have you tried: 

• Logging out/Logging back in
• Restarting iPad
• Uninstall iOS app/Reinstalling app

Thanks for trying to replicate the error. I did uninstall and reinstall the app, but will try restarting the iPad too.

@music_cities sorry we haven't found a resolution. Do you know if the link works with a different device, like a computer?
