Ability to use a DTMF character other than * to escape a queue or IVR

This would be immensely helpful for businesses or enterprises that are moving over to the GoTo Connect platform and are migrating pre-existing audio recordings from their old PBX or contact center installation. We have a lot of recordings that refer to a different escape character, especially with regard to languages other than English.
