On the legacy portal you are able to program dial plan ext as a speed dial key. On the new admin portal they do not show up when trying to program a speed dial key. This needs to be fixed ASAP please
This is super important. Currently, our operator uses a physical VOIP phone with a sidecar with speed dial extensions. Our salespeople are set up with individual dial plans and individual queues and the operator forwards calls to their dial plan extension. If the ability to speed dial to a dial plan extension goes away, this would severely cripple our operator's ability to do her job. This would become a critical issue!
