When an incoming call is received there should be a setting for a URL to be opened immediately or a button next to the incoming phone number. The URL should be something like www.domain.com/page.php...

Hi unlatch, this is currently a feature that can be configured via the GoTo Chrome extension.
We are also planning to re-create this feature directly in the GoTo App.
