Save Photos to Camera Roll on Cell Phone App

I have an iphone and I would like to be able to save photos from the goto app directly to my camera roll on my phone.  Not sure if Android has the same problem.

    Hello KateG in the scenario we are imagining, someone sends me a text message to my goto number with a picture, perhaps a plumbing problem at a home I manage. I'd like to save that photo of the pipe to my iphone's camera roll where all the other photos go for further editing, sharing, or uploading.

    Hi leftyohl thanks for your idea. Can you provide more details about the photos you would like to see? Are you looking for images of text messages for example?
