We are working on a reporting feature for tickets, which will be released in the next two weeks.
This will have an export option for all the currently available ticket fields in CSV format.

Can someone let us know when this will be released. A very useful and basic feature that I'm surprised wasn't there from the start.
Reporting for the Helpdesk has been released yesterday afternoon, which now allows you to view charts and tables of the most important metrics and export all ticket data in CSV format.
