We are limited to the desktop console in our environment, clipboard sync has started to fail completely as of this week for all agents. Please fix.

We enable the clipboard sync, the clipboard doesn't sync. We are on a domain network, running windows 10 and connecting to primarily non-domain users on windows 10/11 via the desktop console. It has been an issue on every recent session as far as we have noticed. It did work previously.

We've been dealing with the same issue.
Using GoTo Resolve desktop console.
OS: Windows 10 & 11 for both the agent & endpoint.

I have this problem intermittently. Sometimes I can use clipboard sync with remote machines and other times it will not work at all. I am using GoTo Resolve Desktop Console 22.214.171.124 on MacOS 12.6.3.
@kenklabeltraxx welcome to the GoTo Community. Could you provide more details around when this happens? For example does it happen when connecting to Macs or PCs? Thanks!
I'm using a Mac and mostly going to Windows computers, all operating systems, 10, 11, Windows Servers, 2012r2, 2016, 2019, 2022.
I think I might have fixed this by going into Security & Privacy and adding GoTo Resolve Desktop Console to Input Monitoring under Privacy.
I seem to have less problems if I use the desktop console in my Windows 11 Parallels virtual machine rather than using the desktop console directly on my Mac computer running 12.6.3.
