Installing Unattended Access from Ad Hoc Support Session

Hi, 

 

Is there a way to install the Unattended Access Agent from an Ad Hoc support session? 

 

It would be helpful to have an option in the remote viewer to elevate the session to an unattended device.

    Hi Jdickinson74 welcome to the GoTo Community. Currently, there is no option to install the Unattended Access during an attended session. It appears this feature will be coming soon. We will alert the Community once we have more information.
