Okta Integration/Single Sign On

Hello,

We are migrating from GoTo Assist to GoTo Resolve, we already have the Okta SSO workflow built out for Assist, but it appears that the Resolve documentation is not full parody. Is there any plans to build out the workflow to be the same or better? There is also no documentation regarding a GoTo Resolve Child App in the Okta documentation found here https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-LogMeIn-Parent.html

Re: Okta Integration/Single Sign On

@benkolb I'm still waiting for some confirmations, but GoTo Resolve and GoToAssist use the same identity platform, so if you have SSO set up at a GoTo account level, it should work for both. You might not need to change anything to log in.

Re: Okta Integration/Single Sign On

You are correct on the part about not needing to change the "Parent" app for the Okta integration, but the "easy button" (Okta Bookmark App) portion for GoTo Resolve is not in any documentation. If there is not going to be a Okta Bookmark App is not going to be developed for GoTo Resolve, would it be possible to get the link that we can direct our own Bookmark App to that will trigger the SSO login?

@benkolb  For GoTo Resolve, the target should be https://console.gotoresolve.com/
