File Transfer For Unattended Devices

Version 5 only seems to allow you to transfer files as long as someone else is on the other end to accept the file transfer. On the previous version I could simply drag the file into the  Go To Assist viewer window to upload it to a customer's  unattended server but this no longer seems to be the case per the url below. Am I missing something here?

Re: File Transfer For Unattended Devices

Hi @CarlosG17, welcome to the community.

With an Unattended session when you transfer a file a browser tab should open on the Unattended computer so you can accept the file, like this:

If that does not happen, something may be preventing the browser from opening.

Re: File Transfer For Unattended Devices

We have identified an issue with this (the browser not opening automatically), and a fix is planned for the next v5 release.
