If you have the Mobile Add-On for your GoToAssist plan, has the mobile app ever worked previously on this iOS device, or did this just start happening with the most recent update?
It used to work with v4 unattended remote agent. After converting to v5 it stopped working. I posted a case regarding this issue around a year ago. The reply was that they were working on it. Still waiting.
