Hi NH92, welcome to the community.

 

Since you are using GoToAssist I moved your comment over from the GoTo Resolve community. I believe we have a number of fixes coming in the next release v5.12 which should be coming soon.

    Hi NH92,

     

    We started updating Unattended computers to the new v5.12.0.3440 release in the last week of December 2023, can you please check if your affected computers have received that update and if you are still seeing this issue?
