We use GoToAssist and really haven't had issues. However, starting about a week ago, we have a workstation that cannot get connected after clicking the email link they're sent. When they click on the link, it runs the GoToAssist launcher and then pops up that it's connecting but it eventually times out. I've tested it with other workstations, even in the same location and they connect fine so it's just this workstation. I know I've connected to it in the past so I'm not sure what is stopping it. Any thoughts?
