GoToAssist Remote Support v4 and v5 will continue to be actively supported and continue to operate separately. Existing GoToAssist customers will have the opportunity to migrate over in the future when the time is right.
GoTo Resolve is being built off the same new code/technology that is used for GoToAssist v5, but combines use cases of GoTo Assist and Rescue’s remote support and Central’s remote access with new features like ticketing in Microsoft Teams to help customers receive requests, triage problems, and fix issues faster.
