I had Unattended Support loaded for one of the computers on my network.
I no longer thought that I would need it and was trying to trim down the number of machines that show up on my list, so I disabled it.
Now, I have a new user on this machine and need to be able to access her computer remotely at night. When I try to reinstall unattended support, the option is "grayed out".
What do I need to do to re-enable it?

Have you checked to see that GoToAssist was properly removed on the Unattended PC last time?
If removed, you can easily setup Unattended again if you're physically at that location, or through a remote support session from elsewhere.
