Windows 10 Pro 64 / Outlook / Excel / Notepad
No error message.
When I click on Session / Start Session to get a support key, the session icon opens briefly and then closes. That .. is .. all .. !
When I click on Unattended Support and select one of the computers from the list, the session icon opens briefly and then closes. That .. is .. all .. !
I stopped GoToAssist Expert and restarted it but this seems to have done no good.
Sometimes this one says: The Connection Failed. Please check your internet connection and try again - all while other sessions are running fine!!
