Can i change the landing page when a customer logins to service desk? i would like them to land on Knowledge and attempt to self serve where and if possible before submitting a ticket.
Yes, go to Service Desk Settings, Customer Portal, and then Default Settings. You can change the landing page to My Incidents, Messages, or Knowledge Base.
