mode incognito is the same

@Board1 While we are working on this issue you should be able to use the Email Report option as a temporary solution.
Yes we use the Email Me report but this report send not include the columns necessary for generating our
report
there is a problem with the reports when yo want to export to csv, nothing is happening, this has been since yesterday, then about 6 hours ago it was fine, then it stopped working again.
email option brings incomplete reports so this will not work
please help urgently
