Frequent Responses

Is there a tool inside Service Desk that I am overlooking that allows the storing & pasting of 'Frequent Responses' into the Comments section of an incident?

I could be wrong but I don't believe canned responses are supported. It's probably not a bad thing though as most customers can sense canned responses.

Using KB's is the only thing close that we've seen, when you link a kb you have the option of copying the content into the discussion of the incident.
