We do a lot of generic system maintenance or servers or general projects that aren't related to individual users.
Is it possible to link incidents to the company rather than the employee? I understand why it may not work. / How do you guys deal with items that are not directly related to an individual user
What about a custom field with the select from list option, the list would contain all the companies. You can report on custom fields so that would give you the option to have reports for items from each company.
