GotoConnect integration and Salesforce Reporting

Incoming calls from not created leads in Salesforce don't log automatically, so I can't have reports of them. Will GoToConnect fix this issue in the near future?

    Hi Lizadela, welcome to the community!

     

    At this time GoTo Connect does need a Lead/Contact/Account, something to match with for auto logging to work.  I have shared this question with our team so they are aware.
