Pop Up on inbound calls

How do I make it so that my tech people can see all calls coming in for extensions 1 and 2?

Right now, one of my employees says hes not getting it popping up on his phone but he does on his computer.

How can I make it so that he sees inbound calls going on the app on his phone?
