Hi Folks,

I have subscribed for one year pro plan and need to stop auto renewal for the next year, the first thing i need steps to disable auto renew as i dont find them in my account Rami@idit.sa and can not contact customer support on toll free as i am based in middile east.

Secondly, will turn off renwal stop auto renewing for next year or stop my subscribtion plan for this year

While you cannot cancel your account immediately, you may disable the next renewal through your online account:  https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/help/cancel-your-account-g2m010011

When you disable renewal, this means your current plan will expire on the listed end date of the last subscription purchase.

Your account has been canceled and the most recent renewal refunded.  If you reactivate your account in the future you can cancel online anytime before the next renewal: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/cancel-your-account-g2m010011
