Hello

It is about one month i want to cancel subscription and close account. Why You want always to call to You by phone?

I try to call from Poland but i can't - where are You from? Mayby there is problem with time zone? 

 

Can i call you via go to meeting? And write to me what time You are available.

Hello support team,

 

i have the same issue, I would like to cancel to auto renew on my subscription but the check boxes are greyed out.

 

I tried to follow you instruction in the solution here but could not find any possibility to contact the support.

 

Who can help me here?
