We are actively using our Gotowebinar account to check data and reports from our previous events conducted on this platform. When we explore the dashboard it would hang-up and an error message would show up on the screen. We are currently experiencing slow (loading) response from the dashboard.
We know that there is an upcoming maintenance on Feb 20 and Feb 21. But why are we experiencing such hang-ups now?
@DIFCAcademy You should not be experiencing an slowness or errors when accessing the GoToWebinar Dashboard. Have you tried switching web browsers yet?
Does this occur on different devices as well?
