My account in GoToMeeting ( please help)

I subscribed to GoToMeeting ( 36$ for a month) .. but I still can't access my account .. it is like my account still unavailable

I see your account is activated and there are 2 recurring meetings scheduled, can you please provide more details about the issues you are having accessing your account? What exactly happens, are there any error messages?
