We would like to take advantage of the GTM notes/smart notes functionality as outlined here. We've had cloud recordings enabled for some time now and just yesterday enabled transcripts for select GTM users. Those users are still reporting not seeing the option to take notes after starting a GTM session recording.
Is there another setting we need to enable to allow this functionality?

Hi Tim,
It sounds like you're set up for the Notes functionality. Do you know if the affected Organizers were also screen sharing at the time?
Do you have a screen shot of what their GoTo control panel looked like?

I've tested this myself a few times and every time I was sharing my screen, but the notes option did not show up. See below for a screenshot of what's shown.

Can you confirm the endpoint software version installed?
You shouldn't have any problem there, though it is rarely possible that a feature was not provisioned correctly. Can you call into Customer Support to ensure the account itself is showing Call Me functionality?
