We are aware that some users are experiencing issues with Mac OS 14.4 and the Classic V10 version of the GoTo app. We appreciate your reports and will update the Community when we hear further.
After Update macOS to 14.4 we can only hear the sound of webinar (as opener and as guest) but nothing tool is to see - on every device! MacBook / MacStudio and so on...please help us!

Can you provide a few more details? Can you not hear anything as an organizer or attendee or both? What do you mean by 'nothing tool is to see'

It doesn't work for me either, I hear the audio but no window, no video, nothing at all, I tried to show windows but it tells me no window, in practice it is no longer compatible with OS 14.4 on any device

Can you tell what device you are currently using? Are you using the classic app or the new GoTo experience?
today I downloaded gotomeeting again Version 10.19.0 Build 19950. I installed it on macbookair with M2 and imac 24 with M3. Both with Sonoma 14.4. on the book only the audio plays, however on the imac it doesn't even start

Same problem here, only audio no video (MacBook Air 2020, updated to Sonoma just yesterday). Luckily, iPad OS was OK and so I attended the webinar with another device. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Ironically, I hadn't updated Mac OS so far... just in case there could be any compatibility issues! 😐
